    Trilliums are a spring blooming woodland flower. Easy to grow, and will colonize over time. Part to full shade.    
    Trillium erectum - (Red Trillium) 18-24" April-May
     Flowers typically open dark red-maroon, fading to purple-brown.    
          
    Trillium grandiflorum - (White Trillium) 12-18" April-May
    Flowers are white, with 3 ruffled petals. Very attractive.    
         
    Trillium luteum - (Yellow Trillium) - Fragrant 8-12" April-May
